At Village for Mama, we are committed to ensuring that our community is fully satisfied with their purchases. If you find yourself unhappy with any physical product purchased from us, we offer a return or exchange option within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund, excluding the original shipping costs. Please note, this policy applies exclusively to physical products purchased within Australia. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for international orders or digital products, including but not limited to ebooks and courses.

Return Process

  • Condition of Product: The product must be unopened and show no signs of wear or damage.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase to facilitate the return.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for bearing the costs associated with returning the item.
  • Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued according to the original method of payment.
