The Village Mumma is an extension of my heart and hands, an organic nourishing wholefoods meal delivery service on the Gold Coast, established in 2021 shortly after the birth of our second child. All food is 100% organic with the postpartum menu including meat, bone broth and ghee. We follow Ayurvedic and TCM principles to support the body in healing, with gentle spices and easy to digest foods, rejuvenating and restoring the natural balance in the body to bring strength and vitality to mumma after birth and beyond. My heart is directly associated with the nourishment of mummas. With myself, a mumma of four little munchkins, wholeheartedly understanding the importance of good quality nourishment, to support breastfeeding, our hormones and ensuring vitality to not just survive but thrive. Living and breathing in authenticity and what I stand for and embody in our every day life organically extends to the energy within The Village Mumma and I feel so blessed to have had the honour of nourishing so many beautiful families and mumma's in our community.
