I'm Dr Amy Farley, a registered acupuncturist, Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and mother of three, with a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy, birth preparation and postpartum recovery. My passion for women's health led me to create Australia's first pregnancy day spa, with locations in Perth and Sydney. Today, my work is centred around providing thoughtful, individualised care that helps women feel supported and nurtured through some of life's biggest transitions. I offer pregnancy acupuncture, labour preparation acupuncture from 35 weeks, and postpartum care from my clinic in West Leederville, Perth. As both a practitioner and a mother, I understand how easily women's own wellbeing can fall to the bottom of the priority list. I believe that rest, nourishment and recovery deserve just as much attention as preparing for the arrival of a baby. Drawing on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, my approach is gentle, nurturing and centred around each woman's individual needs. My aim is to create a space where women can slow down, feel heard and make time for their own wellbeing. Because mothers deserve to be cared for, too.
