I am dedicated to be of service to the women I walk alongside, weaving both modern and traditional care practices to deeply nurture, nourish and restore the mother. My holistic approach to postpartum care is influenced by my own life experiences and embodied knowledge of mindfulness, Ayurveda, yoga, TCM, plants and food as medicine. I am continually learning from wise women in our community further deepening and refining my practice.
