Business description
She speaks. She listens. She sees. She thinks. She feels.
She Speaks Psychology was born out of a desire to empower women to speak up for themselves, whether that be in healthcare settings, relationships, workplaces, or society in general.
Women today face a unique set of challenges that are deeply rooted in systemic inequality and societal expectations, i.e. the patriarchy. Women’s lives are shaped by complex, often oppressive systems that impact our bodies, our choices, and our mental health. It’s time to talk about it.

Sessions are offered in person on Wednesdays at Maternal Infant Wellbeing Melbourne in Parkville, VIC, and at Flourish Health, Highett VIC, on Thursdays, or via telehealth on Tuesdays.
The initial appointment is focused on getting to know you and understanding your hopes for therapy. It may take more than one session to gather your full history but this is important for me to have the full picture so I can help you create real change
We will collaboratively discuss your goals and my treatment plan based on this so you are involved in the therapy process and have an understanding of what we will be working on together.
