Medicine meals are intentionally created to build blood and Qi lost from birth and menstruation, to heal and warm the body and womb, calm the nervous system and provide ease and rest. Using Chinese Medicine Wisdom and gut healing science, each ingredient is carefully chosen for energetic purpose and of course flavour (postpartum food doesn’t have to be boring).
In this offering I deliver food packages weekly to your door for you postpartum time (your golden month). All cooked fresh each week on a rotating 6 week menu. Each meal created with intention for healing in your postpartum.
I am also an Acutonics sound healer (Acupuncture but using tuning forks instead of needles). The forks move the Qi around the body to create harmony where there may be imbalance. In this work I specialise in fertility, menstrual support, pregnancy and postpartum. Treatments can be in house or at a local clinic.
